The Women Investing in Leadership Development’s (WIILD) mission is to grow and develop women in leadership, who will impact the world for Christ. The goal of our conference, Rejuvenate, is to create a safe and relaxing environment to teach,  coach, and empower women to walk in the calling God has for them. We will provide tools for enhanced personal and professional leadership and encourage healthy work/life balance.

Our vision is for women who are wild about pursuing purpose with the passion to develop and maximize their personal and professional leadership skills to impact the world for Christ.
